Games, sports and some physical activities that we do in day to day life promote emotional health and well-being. Examples of some Indoor activities are - Crawl under tables, Use an object to practice balance, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Yogic activities and examples of Outdoor activities: Climbing a ladder, Jumping, crawling, and walking from one area to another, Zig-zag running between obstacles, Jump over various objects, Walking.

  17. Body and mind are interconnected. Something happens to body that reflects in our mind. Small child can jump can play with friends. Which will enable to growth and development of his/her body. As we know body and mind are connected to each other, and effects each other. His/her mind will be very sharp. He/She can learn more and more without any difficulties.

  35. Exercise is most important for a healthy lifestyle. We need physical fitness as well as mentally and emotionally wellness. For this we need to do some activities like:
    Pranayam, yoga, and physical activities on daily basis. Also as a teacher we encourage our students to do these activities regularly especially during this covid-19 pendamic time.
    Some exercises and yogas names are given bellow:
    Exercises:
    1: Walking
    2: Stretching activities
    3: Jumping etc
    Yogas:
    1: Tadasana
    2: Vrikshasana
    3: Adho mukho Svanasana
    Etc.
    Pranayamas:
    1:Anulom-Vilom
    2:Bhramari
    3:Ujjayi Pranayama/Ocean breath
    4:Kapalbhathi
    5:Bhastrika
    These are the basic activities we can do at home for a totally internally as well as physically wellness.

    Fitness -a Way to Concentration
    Physical activities are extremely essential for emotional and physical development.Indoor activities like chess,carrom or some cardio works like skipping in terrace helps to keep mind running and health good.
    Outdoor activities like cricket ,badminton,kabbadi makes the body not only physically fit but also helps increasing concentration. These activities gives strength in maintaining ourselves with the day today work.A healthy body and mind keeps you and soul in a happy place.Both Indoor and outdoor activities help in creating good life style.

    Indoor Activities...
    (1)By weighing small things such as buckets, containers, water jugs from one place to other.
    (2)For concentration we can allow them to enter thread in niddle, play carrom board, by drawing pictures and painting them.
    (3)For growing balance of body we can teach them to slowly step up and down inside bathroom.

    Outdoor Activities
    (1)Climbing trees, hanging from branches, watering plants by weighing water, weighing water from outside for dailyneeds,
    (2)Pulling and pushing things, cycling, kicking football, aiming things with stones and short/long sticks,
    (3)Digging earth, squash /squeeze /roll/pound the mud, running in ground and sand, jumping and twisting on sand.. etc.
    All these works can increase our children's body strength and concentration as well.

  105. Health is the most important asset of the happy & successful life. Healthy body creates a healthy mind & healthy mind creates a socially, educationally, mentally, physically fit soul. To enjoy the glow of good health, cleanliness plays a vital role for everyone. Good health is not something we have to buy. To ensure good health, I personally advice my students to follow the tips given below -

    Avoid overeating, junk food, package food.
    Drink plenty of water .
    Breath deeply & live moderately.
    Cultivate cheerfulness .
    Follow balanced diet & also
    Include seasonal food in their diet.
    Play some indoor games & indulge in outdoor activities
    Attend PT classes every Saturday & do exercise properly .
    Before & after eating ,after playing games ..clean hands & legs properly .
    Brush teeth twice daily .
    & not but very important early to bed ....early to rise.
