Module-3 Activity 2: Fitness activities
Games, sports and some physical activities that we do in day to day life promote emotional health and well-being. Examples of some Indoor activities are - Crawl under tables, Use an object to practice balance, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Yogic activities and examples of Outdoor activities: Climbing a ladder, Jumping, crawling, and walking from one area to another, Zig-zag running between obstacles, Jump over various objects, Walking.

ReplyDeleteAt the very outset I am a human being first. I believe in the theory of brotherhood of man. By profession I am a teacher. I have the quality to grasp the multidimensional emotion of my student. I can handle any situation in my life as well as in the classroom situation.
