Think of an advertisement that reinforces gender stereotypes and another advertisement that is gender friendly. You may copy and paste the link of the advertisement video.
Our country got independent on 1947, but still now in our society there is stereotype that boys are more great than girls. But this type of thought is unscientific. Because till now a number of girls who got success than in number of boys. Like Nandini satpati, prativa sing patel, Indira gandhi etc
I agree with your opinion that there should not be any kind of stereotype against any of the genders as equality and freedom are main principles of the Indian constitution.
Gender stereotype is not a new issue in our country, and it is still there because both families and society is not trying to root it out and they are providing platform for this.. During this Corona time I have only tried to provide effective and easy learnig videos for my students through whatsapp classes..

I agree with same now a days there is not such difference between boys and girls. Neither cast nor Colour is factor for a good personlity or for a good human being.
Indian advertisements are commonly based on gender stereotypes where women are shown as homemakers like in the following https://youtu.be/ebziYXzTrPg, where woman have to do everything for the happiness of man But days are changing we have to walk side by side for the growing challenges and a better future like in https://youtu.be/__AzFhD7f-A, we have to change the stigma. And we can start it from the family where our children are passive learners, and from our school we have to make healthy practices. Chittaranjan Mohanty

Covid awareness and safety of children's is first priority.arrange of android mobile and searching of mobile network was a problem for students.so online classes for below fifth class students were not fruitful

The history of computing gives further testament to the arbitrariness of gendered occupations. In the early days of the industry, computer programming was considered on par with secretarial work, meaning programmers were typically women – known as "computer girls." As the field became more complex, demanding higher-skilled, better-paid workers, computing was "upgraded" to men's work, deemed too advanced for women. Today's male-dominated tech industry is the result.
Women hold fewer leadership positions. Out of the CEOs of the Fortune 500 companies, women number only 24 of them. This is no different for smaller companies and other leadership roles within them. These numbers show us that there is a real problem we need to face regarding gender in the workplace. But there is one leadership role that welcomes women more than others. That is women leaders in HR.
I am in contact with my students by using digital platform(google meet)during this pandemic also its necessary to aware them about covid19 so i am awaring them about this pandemic.i am taking my classes regularly with the help of google meet .

I elaborated them one by one. Many of them followed that. Some are still contacting me by calling through phone and clearing doubts.

Although diversity is seen everywhere but as a teacher I do try to maintain gender family atmosphere to enocourage and to erase bias among students.I think all teacher should take this type of intitiative to promote gender equality and push the stereotypical ideology downward
I adopted online teaching process through whatsapp app group, google meet. But there comes a big issue that lot of students left behind due to network issue and having no gagets..
In present scenario it's highly important that we,as teachers, should promote gender equality, especially because our girl children need to be encouraged in every possible field. This is why, I try to inculcate this attitude among my students.

All students are equal. There is no discrimination on the basis of caste and gender. As a teacher I try my best to be in touch with my students through phone calls and WhatsApp during this pandemic
In this pandemic we are in touch with our students through social media platform while our online classes.while taking our online class we are trying our best to make our videos or audios louder ,sharper and clearer. for which we are taking the help of various apps.our students are being given full independent to share there thought suggestions.
Male ,female and others should be treated equally.Equal opportunities should be provided to all irrespective of their gender.Every gender has the potential to change the World. Noone should be deprived of proving their capabilities.
There should no discrimination on basis of gender. As a teacher and responsible citizen of India ,it is our duty to treat every student equally. They shouldn't be deprived of their basic rights.
For a teacher to provide good knowledge and inculcate good manners in a student is the most important irrespective of the gender and this must be remembered each and every time
For a teacher, each student is precious. Student's physical, mental or social category does not matter a teacher. So, a teacher always tries his best to give equal consideration to each student.
Students are taught by a whats up group created by school. But many of them have no anroid phone hence by calling them and with the help of peer learning method we try to interact those student who has no mobile or internet.
Teaching in this covid-19 pandemic was initially very tough but slowly with the help of Govt initiatives the problem is somewhat resolved. Digital Education become the new norm. Along with students, Teachers also started learning Digital way of teaching. This pandemic gave me opportunity to learn Computer, PowerPoint presentation, Video Editing etc. I have started creating presentation and videos for my students and shared with them in WATSAPP.
(1) During this Pandemic I remain in touch with my students both Physically as well as Digitally. (2) l made some changes in my teaching like :-I put much emphasis on their "Mental health "rather than ACADEMICS. (3) At the beginning and end of my teaching we all discuss about this Pandemic and all possibilities that will help us to cope with this New Normal (4) I made myself so approachable that students will free to share their problems (social, mental, academic )and seek help /guidance.... Samir Kumar Munda.
Gender equality is very important aspect of teaching curriculum.both girl & boy child should be treated equally.irresoective of gender ,they should be given equal opportunity in education ,sports, extracurricular activities.

We are all human beings all over the world born from a girl child named "Mother" so we should respect girls and we are nothing with out a boy named "Father" so we should respect boys also. We both are equal a Girl is equal as a boy in the world in every case like Birth, death ,education in every field.
