Games, sports and some physical activities that we do in day to day life promote emotional health and well-being. Examples of some Indoor activities are - Crawl under tables, Use an object to practice balance, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Yogic activities and examples of Outdoor activities: Climbing a ladder, Jumping, crawling, and walking from one area to another, Zig-zag running between obstacles, Jump over various objects, Walking.

DeleteSnow is air surrounded by frozen water . It is the result of precipitation after the condensation of water vapour in extremely low temperature. It insulates the soil and plant. It is very beautiful and soft to touch.

It is made up of water under 0° celcius which can melt and turn in liquid and it can also evaporated . In the summer we can prepare ice-cream which is colourful and delicious.

ReplyDeleteSnow is something i never touched with my bare hands but i have a inner feeling that they are beautiful when they cover everything under them. It looks like a white blanket covering everything & the thinhs are laying peacefully under them.
