Homogenous and heterogenous classrooms are two different atmosphere for diverse students.As a teacher I think individual difference exist but I do try to supply fuel for each student's poentential in an interactive , child friendly way.That's why classroom diversity is not only based upon classification but also an equal treatment .

(1)Curriculum :- while deciding about curriculum we must be careful so that it touch every aspect (their needs,socio-economic backgrounds,society, values,environment)which ultimately touch the minds and hearts of the children .(2)Subject:-All subject shouldn't be made compulsory to everybody.It has some flexibility,so to give respect to their choices.(3)Activity:-Act. Learning is good but we shouldn't forget that everyone has its own potential,as we can't decide who is best among Tendulkar,Messi and Amitabh Bachan, because they all are best in their areas.(4) Inclusion:- while organising a school, we should ensure that no children is left behind, because its their right.(5) Rather than just focusing on Academics,we should provide them room to participate in other games and Co-curricular activities also.(6)Comparision:- Niether we-teachers, nor Parents should compare our children.     Having some special talent & strength in one field and weakness in another.
    Hence we can't expect
    equal performance from all.
    We have to meet individual differences

    Socio-economic background (CWSN or Normal,boys or girls
    Or Tg) all are treated one and equal under classroom roof.This shows inclusive education.
    Teachers recognise their potentials

    innate qualities .As a pathfinder it helps them to cope with society.

  151. Each child has his /her own talent with different pace of learning in different subjects and tasks . So we can't expect same output from every child .Thats why we should not only give emphasis on curricular side rather we should include co - curricular activities which will give broad opportunity for the children to extract their inner abilities as we never know from these children some one may be the next Tendulkar or Lata Mangeshkar of our country .We must give emphasis on overall development of the child by giving them equal opportunity in every field of life .In this context I would say vocational education will play a great role to enhance their inner talent.

  154. ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ର ପିଲାମାନେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପରିବେଶ ରୁ ଆସିଥାନ୍ତି, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପିଲାକଂ ପାଖରେ ଭିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ଦକ୍ଷତା ଓ ସାମଥ୍ୟ ଲୁକାୟିତ ଭାବରେ ଥାଏ। ତେଣୁ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଏହି ବିଷମତା କୁ ଦୂରକରି ସେମାନକଂ ର ଦକ୍ଷତା ଓ ସାମଥ୍ୟ କୁ ବାହାର କରି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପିଲା ପ୍ରତିଟି ବିଷୟ ରେ ଭଲ ପ୍ରଦର୍ ଶନ କରିପାରିବେ ସେଥିପ୍ରତି ଯତ୍ନବାନ ହେବା ଉଚିତ୍।
