Homogenous and heterogenous classrooms are two different atmosphere for diverse students.As a teacher I think individual difference exist but I do try to supply fuel for each student's poentential in an interactive , child friendly way.That's why classroom diversity is not only based upon classification but also an equal treatment .

Not all students have the same interests, skills, and abilities, so there is a need to prepare courses for all students in which everyone has the opportunity.
Each and every student is different from one another, be it in terms of capabilities, interests, strengths or weaknesses. There should be attempts to uplift all the students at the same level, ensuring that everybody is grasping and learning equally.
Every student does have different skills but we are to create a activity so that they could learn from each others mistakes so that everyone would be equal learning and it would work as inclusive education.
Each child is unique of their own. Not necessarily all students can perform a given tast with equal efficiency. That's why it's very important that we try to make them competent enough, so that they can put their best foot forward.

There is individual difference in the classroom.Every child is unique in there own way. We should recognize their talent and encourage it .We should do different activities inside and outside the classroom for their holistic and all round development.
We should provide necessary environment for each and every children to nurture their life so that hey can find their own happiness. We should provide them joy so that they will excel and blossom in their life.
By studying the animal story. Some positive aspects came for class management. That our schools give chance to sit all types of students in one campus for studies. Also they are given opportunities to take participation in all activities. But there are some weak points I marked that, the objectives have framed on the basis of partial capabilities. I think it should be on the basis of general capabilities which all would be achieved..
After getting the interest of every individual student,we should know the ability and interest of every student and plan the teaching methods and try to bring all students to an equal level.
Being bookish is not all about schooling. I always encourage my students to participate in various co-curricular activities. Learnt a lot from the video.
(1)Curriculum :- while deciding about curriculum we must be careful so that it touch every aspect (their needs,socio-economic backgrounds,society, values,environment)which ultimately touch the minds and hearts of the children .(2)Subject:-All subject shouldn't be made compulsory to everybody.It has some flexibility,so to give respect to their choices.(3)Activity:-Act. Learning is good but we shouldn't forget that everyone has its own potential,as we can't decide who is best among Tendulkar,Messi and Amitabh Bachan, because they all are best in their areas.(4) Inclusion:- while organising a school, we should ensure that no children is left behind, because its their right.(5) Rather than just focusing on Academics,we should provide them room to participate in other games and Co-curricular activities also.(6)Comparision:- Niether we-teachers, nor Parents should compare our children. There is individual difference in the classroom.Every child is unique in there own way. We should recognize their talent and encourage it .We should do different activities inside and outside the classroom for their holistic and all round development.

ReplyDeleteBy studying the animal story. Some positive aspects came for class management. That our schools give chance to sit all types of students in one campus for studies. Also they are given opportunities to take participation in all activities. But there are some weak points I marked that, the objectives have framed on the basis of partial capabilities. I think it should be on the basis of general capabilities which all would be achieved..

ReplyDelete(1)Curriculum :- while deciding about curriculum we must be careful so that it touch every aspect (their needs,socio-economic backgrounds,society, values,environment)which ultimately touch the minds and hearts of the children .(2)Subject:-All subject shouldn't be made compulsory to everybody.It has some flexibility,so to give respect to their choices.(3)Activity:-Act. Learning is good but we shouldn't forget that everyone has its own potential,as we can't decide who is best among Tendulkar,Messi and Amitabh Bachan, because they all are best in their areas.(4) Inclusion:- while organising a school, we should ensure that no children is left behind, because its their right.(5) Rather than just focusing on Academics,we should provide them room to participate in other games and Co-curricular activities also.(6)Comparision:- Niether we-teachers, nor Parents should compare our children. So we can't expect same output from every child .Thats why we should not only give emphasis on curricular side rather we should include co - curricular activities which will give broad opportunity for the children to extract their inner abilities as we never know from these children some one may be the next Tendulkar or Lata Mangeshkar of our country .We must give emphasis on overall development of the child by giving them equal opportunity in every field of life .In this context I would say vocational education will play a great role to enhance their inner talent.
